The software is published by Progdigy Software S.A.R.L. (the “Publisher”)

The software is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and noninfringement. In no event shall the authors or copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort or otherwise, arising from, out of or in connection with the software or the use or other dealings in the software.

Subject to your compliance with these terms and conditions, Publisher grants you a royalty-free, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes. Publisher reserves all rights in the Software not expressly granted to you here.

You will not use the Software for illegal purposes. You will comply with all export laws. The Software is licensed, not sold.
